Camera-Ready Paper Upload/Submission

Send your camera-ready paper via email to iwbis@cs.ui.ac.id by August 15, 2026 with the following subject in your email:

 [IWBIS 2026] Camera Ready Paper [Your Paper ID]: [Your Paper Title]

In your email, please attach:

  • Camera-ready copy of your paper that must be PDF eXpress compliant,
  • A copy of the compliance message from PDF eXpress.

We will run the plagiarism checker (iThenticate) on your camera-ready paper. The accepted similarity level is a maximum of 20% with no component being similar to your paper more than 3%.

  • There will be additional fees ($10/page) if your paper is more than 6 pages, and please be sure that your paper is not more than 10 pages.

  • We do not provide printed proceeding onsite, please contact us if you need one. There is an additional charge to print and ship it to your address
Author & Participant (Non-Presenter) Registration

Due to IEEE technical co-sponsorship of IWBIS 2026, your final paper is planned to be included in IEEE Xplore for archival value after the conference. However, IEEE reserves the right to exclude an acceptance paper from inclusion in IEEE Xplore if it is not presented at the conference. Read IWBIS Policies at this link.

Make sure one of the author(s) of the paper registers for the conference by September 5, 2026, at the latest. Please fill in the following form: IWBIS_Registration_Form. (Form submission needs to log in from Google account.). For Participant (Non-Presenter) you can use the form also to register for this conference.

Since the conference will be held virtually, we will schedule a date for a virtual presentation trial. At least one of the authors must already be registered by the trial date. Further instructions on virtual presentation will be sent in a separate email.

Complete IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (ECF) for IEEEXplore publication. The instructions will be informed on this page and via email to the authors.
