Presentation Format<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Each accepted paper must be presented during its assigned technical session.<\/li>\n<li>Presentations must be delivered in English.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters are encouraged to use PowerPoint (.ppt\/.pptx) or PDF format.<\/li>\n<li>Slides should be clear, concise, and readable from a distance.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters are encouraged to use the official IWBIS 2026 presentation template, if provided by the committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. Presentation Duration<\/h3>\n<p>Each paper is allocated 20 minutes, consisting of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 minutes \u2013 Oral presentation<\/li>\n<li>5 minutes \u2013 Questions and Answers (Q&amp;A)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Presenters are expected to strictly observe the allocated time. The Session Chair may stop a presentation that exceeds the scheduled duration to ensure that subsequent presentations remain on schedule.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3. Recommended Presentation Structure<\/h3>\n<p>Presenters are encouraged to organize their presentation as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Title, authors, and affiliations<\/li>\n<li>Background and motivation<\/li>\n<li>Research problem\/objectives<\/li>\n<li>Proposed method or approach<\/li>\n<li>Experimental setup or study design<\/li>\n<li>Results and key findings<\/li>\n<li>Discussion<\/li>\n<li>Conclusion and future work<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledgment, if applicable<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The presentation should emphasize the main contribution and findings rather than presenting every detail contained in the paper.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4. Before the Session<\/h3>\n<p>Presenters should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check the conference program and confirm the date, time, room, and session of their presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Arrive at the assigned room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce themselves to the Session Chair and Student Volunteer\/Technical Support team.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the presentation file on a USB flash drive and keep a backup copy accessible through cloud storage or email.<\/li>\n<li>Upload or transfer the presentation file to the conference laptop before the session starts, when required.<\/li>\n<li>Check that fonts, figures, equations, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements display correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Test the microphone, presentation clicker, and other equipment when possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>5. During the Presentation<\/h3>\n<p>Presenters should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow the instructions of the Session Chair.<\/li>\n<li>Begin the presentation promptly when invited.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly introduce the research topic and its main contribution.<\/li>\n<li>Speak clearly and at an appropriate pace.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of the remaining presentation time.<\/li>\n<li>Respect time reminders provided by the Session Chair.<\/li>\n<li>Conclude the presentation within the allocated 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remain available for the 5-minute Q&amp;A session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>6. Question and Answer Session<\/h3>\n<p>During the Q&amp;A:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Questions will be managed by the Session Chair.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters should provide concise and relevant answers.<\/li>\n<li>If a question requires an extensive discussion, the presenter may continue the discussion with the participant after the session.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters should respect different academic perspectives and maintain professional communication throughout the discussion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>7. Technical Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Presenters are advised to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use sufficiently large fonts and high-resolution figures.<\/li>\n<li>Minimize excessive text on individual slides.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that charts, tables, and diagrams are readable.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid relying on internet connectivity during the presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Embed necessary fonts, videos, or multimedia files whenever possible.<\/li>\n<li>Bring an offline backup of all presentation materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>8. Attendance<\/h3>\n<p>Presenters are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend the entire technical session in which their paper is scheduled.<\/li>\n<li>Be present before their presentation slot.<\/li>\n<li>Remain in the room until the session concludes whenever possible.<\/li>\n<li>Participate professionally in discussions with other presenters and participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>9. No-Show Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Presentation of an accepted paper is an important requirement of conference participation.<\/p>\n<p>Authors who are unable to present their paper should immediately contact the IWBIS 2026 committee and, where permitted, arrange for an eligible co-author or substitute presenter<\/p>\n<p>Failure to present an accepted paper without prior notification may result in the paper being recorded as a no-show and may affect its eligibility for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to the applicable conference and IEEE policies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>10.
